Service plans — developed with the individual — that address concerns and meet specific needs and goals. One-hour sessions, once or twice per week — or more frequently, depending on need, and less frequently as treatment concludes. Referrals for psychiatric consultation, medication management, crisis services and other provider support, as necessary.
