Congratulations, Tess The Irwin Siegel Agency recently named Teresa "Tess" Collins of OHI one of three national winners of the 2006 Direct Support Professionals Recognition Award. The agency selected Tess based on her exemplary work record – including leadership, professional development, and creativity – and her commitment to improving the quality of life for the people with disabilities she supports. When OHI co-workers nominated Tess for the award, they recognized her positive influence on others, her enthusiasm and tireless efforts to promote OHI programs, and her dedication to the job – Tess often spends days off and vacation time visiting clients and working on OHI projects. Tess was honored at an afternoon reception on Friday, November 17 at the Isaac Farrar Mansion. She received a commemorative plaque and a monetary award.
