Prices effective through 12/31/2010 OPTION 1 Sub-Administrator Access $600 yearly Administration fee $400 2nd year discount w/ same sub-administrator This option provides your organization with CDS administrative rights and site privileges. OHI will train your sub-administrator to access the Maine CDS online program, setup your employees in the system, show how to monitor progress, add training modules and access reports about your employees. Our OHI/CDS Learning Administrator will assist your sub-administrator with calls and other necessary contact with the College of Direct Support, set your agency up into the online training program and assist with any website operational problems or setup challenges. In addition, as a sub administrator of the OHI/CDS team you will receive these services & supports: - Administrator training sessions to complete initial setup for your organization.
- Guidance & administrative support throughout the year to resolve issues which may arise.
- Full authorization to manage all your employee data and generate necessary reports.
- Access all the CDS site functions.
- Utilize all CDS course offerings for workforce development.
- Administrator Forums to network with team members.
Your employees will access the online training and obtain the live training at your agency. OPTION 2 Sub-Administrator Access and Live Training through OHI $600 yearly Administration fee $400 2nd year discount w/same sub-administrator | $75 per Participant for Live Training This option provides your organization with CDS administrative rights and site privileges. OHI will train your sub-administrator to access the Maine CDS online program, set up your employees in the system, show how to monitor progress, add training modules and access reports about your employees. Our OHI/CDS Learning Administrator will assist your sub-administrator with calls and other necessary contact with the College of Direct Support, set your agency up into the on-line training program and assist with any web site operational problems or setup challenges. As a sub-administrator of the OHI/CDS team you will receive the same services & supports listed under Option 1, AND - Your employees will attend all live training at our OHI Brewer Training Center.
- The Live Training consists of 13 sessions on five separate days (approximately 20 hours of training) throughout the month.
- Your employees will access the on-line training at your agency.
OPTION 3 OHI Administrator Services and All Training & Management through OHI $250 per Participant No YearlyAdministration Fee Our OHI/CDS Learning Administrator will set-up your employees in the system, monitor their progress, coordinate with a designated contact person from your agency, teach the Live Training modules and coordinate completion of a follow-up skills checklist. Your employees will attend all live training at our OHI Brewer Training Center. The live training consists of 13 sessions on five separate days throughout the month. Employees from your agency will access the online training at your agency.
OPTION 4 OHI Administrator Services and All Training & Management through OHI $350.00 per Participant No YearlyAdministration Fee Includes all of Option 3, AND - Your employees may use computers at our training center to access the online training.
